Breastfeeding Support Groups Map

Legend

Yellow Points: Independent support groups that are facilitated by trained volunteers/IBCLCs/counselors, etc.  These meetings are wonderful places to practice nursing in public, connect to trusted local resources, and meet other nursing moms in your community.

Blue Points: Meet-ups with no stated lactation help available —  these are social/meet-ups.

Fuchsia Points: Hospital groups or doctor offices. Please note that many hospital groups are open to all new mothers, regardless of feeding choice, and are sometimes not exclusively focused on providing breastfeeding help or emotional support.

NOTE: If you can’t see the points on the map, click “view larger” below the map, or open the link in the Google Maps app.

Please email us if you know of a missing group (or if we have made a mistake)! breastfeedchicago@yahoo.com
